Ashton Mechanical Group is growing! We are currently hiring for Journeyman Plumbers to join our team! We are looking for candidates who are able to commute to Agassiz daily.

- Our Residential Team services homes throughout the Lower Mainland, completing around 10,000 service calls and 600 installations per year
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain domestic, commercial, and industrial plumbing fixtures and systems
- Determine piping system requirements and pipe sizing
- Measure, cut, thread, bend pipes as required
- Join pipes using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, sodlering, brazing, or welding equipment
- Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determien layout of plumbing system
Qualifications and Requirements
- Red Seal Plumbing Certificate is required
- Proficient knowledge of construction site processes, especially large institutional new construction
- Good general knowledge of all Plumbing and Heating including knowledge of the most recent BC Plumbing Code
- Possess a clean driving record and valid Driver’s License and can pass a criminal record check
- Able to commute to Agassiz daily

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $38.00-$45.00 per hour
